Now, I’m usually very critical of most major label signings, they usually lack any sense of identity as the label zaps it all out of them by following tried and tested formulas to guarantee a good return. This has the opposite effect and the label ends up with 95% of their acts failing as they are boring.
The last few years has been particularly bad with all the terrible pop acts clogging up the charts . Maybe one day Lady GaGa will make a good record, but there’s no chance of that happening for Florence & The Machine, she is truly terrible. Read more »
